Started in 2007, JMV Design Works carved a niche in the industry by incorporating dynamic and unique design, practical realities, construction and the client’s personality. Bringing a fresh light to Architecture, JMV Design Works wants to create not only buildings and houses, but rather impose uniqueness to the structure by bringing in the individuality of each and every client. To date, more than a hundred projects were already completed not just locally in Bulacan, but also in the Metro.
JMV Design Works strives to meet and tries harder to exceed the client’s expectation by maintaining open communication and involving them in every stage of the project’s construction and development. Responding to the call of the times, the company also rallies for green architecture. Contributing to save the community and the environment is as important as its design.
The name is a mark of design aesthetics, space efficiency and practicality, all of which expresses comfort and the essence of beauty and the best of the human life. JMV Design Works have grown through years by building trust and relationship to its clients, hence earning referrals and creating a name of its own.
Arch. Juan Monique Dimla Villangca
Juan Monique D. Villangca graduated from BS Architecture at the University of Santo Tomas in 2007. Among the recognitions he received in College were the Best Scale Model (2002), Finalist at the UST Design Contest (2002, 2003, 2004, and 2005), Finalist at the CCP Design Contest (2004), and Outstanding Thesis (2007). After two years of putting into practice his design and architectural knowledge, he obtained his professional license in 2009. He is also currently the company architect of 8 Waves Waterpark and Hotel.
